Return & Refund Policy

Because all body kits are custom-made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at a.martin@absoluteaero.net with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or repair at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Orders

We are not responsible for fitment issues due to:

  • Incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer

  • Modifications made to the vehicle after purchase

  • Improper installation
