3. Products & Custom Orders

All products sold by Absolute Aero are custom-made to order, based on customer-selected specifications and vehicle information.

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final

  • Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has begun

Customers are responsible for confirming all vehicle details prior to checkout.

4. Pricing, Billing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be required in full at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, freight services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery. Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.

7. Fitment & Installation Disclaimer

Professional installation is strongly recommended. Body kits may require test fitting, adjustment, or modification.

We are not responsible for:

  • Improper installation

  • Modified vehicles

  • Incorrect customer-provided vehicle information

  • Labor, paint, or installation-related costs

8. Warranty Disclaimer

ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
