Order Processing & Production
All products sold by Absolute Aero are custom-made to order. Production times vary depending on the product and specifications selected.
Estimated production timelines are provided at checkout or upon request but are not guaranteed. Production begins once payment is received in full.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
Shipping Methods
Due to the size and nature of automotive body kits, orders may ship via:

Shipping methods are determined based on product size, weight, and destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately when freight shipping is required. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Signature-Required Delivery
All shipments may be sent with signature confirmation required upon delivery, at our discretion.
By placing an order, you agree that:

An authorized recipient must be available to sign for the delivery

Failure to be available may result in delivery delays, storage fees, re-delivery fees, or return-to-sender charges

Any additional fees incurred due to missed delivery attempts are the customer’s responsibility
We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from the customer’s failure to accept delivery.
Freight Deliveries (IMPORTANT)
Freight shipments are typically delivered curbside or to a commercial loading area.
Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery

Having appropriate equipment to unload the shipment, if required
Additional fees may apply for:

Liftgate service

Residential delivery

Missed delivery appointments

Re-delivery or storage
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection & Damage Claims
Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery before signing.
If damage is visible:

Note the damage on the delivery receipt prior to signing

Take clear photos of the damage and packaging
All damage claims must be reported to Absolute Aero within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void the ability to file a claim.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery and signature acceptance. Once delivery is accepted, Absolute Aero is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the Continental 48 United States. Shipping availability may change without notice.
International customers are responsible for all:
